Admin & Account Assistance - 1 vacancy

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain an integrated computerized accounting system including AR, AP and GL.
  • To perform month end closing of accounts.
  • To implement the relevant internal control system, policies and procedures for core areas of finance and accounting.
  • To liaise with supplier, auditor, tax agent and external consultants.
  • To assist in other administrative duties pertaining to credit management, contracting documents, general office administration, etc.
  • To perform any other duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting.
  • 2 to 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in financial services industry would be an advantage.
  • Applicants must be able to handle full sets of accounts preferably using QnE accounting system.
  • Mature, pro-active, resourceful and be able to assist in handling of multi disciplinary works within a project and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Required languages: English and Chinese.

  • To act as a intermediate between the company, agents and banks
  • Follow up with customer’s incomplete applications form or pending documents and resolve customers issues (if any) upon submission of Mortgage Loan application.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a diploma or professional degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience
  • Proficient level of English written and verbal skills
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English
  • Must be sociable

  • To actively source for new customers and build a good rapport
  • Build and maintain client databases and keeping current clients plans up-to-date
  • Manage customer’s inquiries on our products and services
  • Tracking of the progress of customer request and update the customers accordingly
  • Attending to all customers request and enquiries

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a diploma or professional degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience in sales.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English and BM.
  • Customer service and result oriented including self motivated with pleasant personality and a high degree of initiative.
